Diversity Case Competition
“Diversity is at the very core of our ability to serve our clients well and to maximize return for our shareholders...” — Lloyd C. Blankfein, CEO of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Open to all undergraduates, the competition provided students with the opportunity to consider how diversity, whether with regard to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other, impacts a firm's work environment and corporate-level strategy. Simultaneously, it provided sponsor firms with insight into how today’s graduates view diversity and the impact it has on employer selection.
The winning teams received $5,000 in prize money and had the opportunity to attend private networking events with the competition sponsors. In the past, sponsors have included Wells Fargo, Capital One, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P.Morgan, Citi, The Boston Consulting Group, and The Blackstone Group.
